Little Congleton has a big carnival every other year, but for the first time ever it's going green, so no trucks or cars pumping out fumes over us all this Saturday (19th July 08). For such a small town, its carnival is a great feat, and this year includes a free fun day in the park followed by a (not free) evening of tribute bands.
