Comment on proposed Cheshire Cycleway diversion

Another route added to the suggested diversions to the Cheshire Cycleway to avoid the Alderley Edge/Nether Alderley bypass roadworks. Work starts in Jan 09, closing Welsh Row until an underpass has been built.
